Welcome To

District 1

Represented by SANDRA L. BLAKE

Greetings!

Welcome to District I, located on the shores of beautiful Mille Lacs Lake. District I is the site of the Band’s Government Center that houses offices of elected officials, commissioners and staff members. You’ll also find Grand Casino Mille Lacs here, which offers a wide spectrum of entertainment from fishing to big name concerts and more.

The area with its magnificent lake has long had historic and cultural significance to the Band. We work hard in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Resources to protect and preserve all of our natural resources. Visit us! Enjoy a fine meal in one of our casino restaurants, see a movie in our theater or walk through our museum. District I welcomes you.
